Get ready for....

FeedingManchester #12

Greater Manchester's sustainable food network brings together groups, individuals and organisations to learn new skills, meet new people, and share experiences so that we can work together effectively to strengthen our local food system.

Our first gathering of 2013 will head out of Manchester for the second time – this time to Bolton where we'll be hosted by members of their sustainable food community!

What else can you expect?

  • Presentations from established community food projects and growers including a session of 'Food Growing in Wet Climates'

  • Networking opportunities over a sustainable lunch

  • Workshops and skills sharing including guidance on self-managing allotments, insight from projects in Bolton and an introduction to the Foodlink project.

  • More of the popular 5-minute presentations where groups from across Greater Manchester share their work
